My Favorite Workout :
1-2 mile warm up
4×800
1 mile at race pace
4×400
1-2 mile cool down
To add strength to the workout follow the track session with:
100 abdominal crunches with as posterior pelvic tilt
10-20×2 push ups
Stretching – focusing on hamstrings, calves and quads
